Location of the property is centre of the city and easily reachable. Excellent and well trained staff. Hotel has free wifi service 24 X 7, which is a good for aal the guest as prepaid SIM not working in J&K. Food was awesome and excellent service too. Overall a Value of Money stay will recommend our friends.

The staff was very helpful even though I landed up at an ungodly hour of 2 am. The guy at the front desk and the staff were very helpful and helped in a quick check in Wonderful reception staff

I'd say that our overall experience has just been amazing......Right from our Check-in, till our Check-out! Kudos to the staff for their amazing Hospitality in everything and every way possible! Great Hospitality and Excellent Services. Every thing was out of our expectations, we got free Room upgrade with Balcony View Room. Big Room size and Neat and clean too. Food was awesome and extremely supportive staff. Specialy Mr. Sharma help us to arrange our VIP passes for darahan at Bhawan, which was very great and kind help.
